We want you to love every Lost Archive piece. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work: Return Request should be sent within 3 days of receiving the order.
Returns takes 15 days to be verified and accepted. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Products purchased during sale/clearance or marked as final sale are not eligible for return/exchange.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
How to initiate return or exchange: Email us at "khushi@lost-archive.com" with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process and share the return address. Ship the item back in secure packaging. (Return shipping cost is borne by the customer, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.) Once inspected, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
